Product Introduction
The vertical laminar flow dryer consists of two concentric cylinders, with the outer wall of the inner cylinder having a positive conical drip structure and the inner wall of the outer cylinder having an inverted conical drip structure. Wet based materials are transported by a hoist or belt conveyor to the fabric mechanism at the top of the vertical laminar flow dryer, and evenly distributed across the entire cross-section between the two cylinders of the dryer by the fabric mechanism. The material is in a laminar flow state between two cylinders and slowly moves down by gravity. At the same time, hot flue gas enters from the inner cylinder and exchanges heat with the material through the material layer under the suction effect of the induced draft fan. The evaporated water and flue gas are purified by the dust collector through the air duct of the outer cylinder and then discharged. The dried material is discharged from the bottom discharge mechanism of the dryer.
In order to achieve laminar flow uniform discharge around the dryer and ensure the uniformity of material drying from the surface, the ACL series vertical laminar flow dryer adopts mandatory discharge by measuring the moisture and other parameters of the dried material. Mandatory discharge is generally achieved through hydraulic mechanisms.
