Flash drying machine is a new type of dryer that combines air flow drying machine and fluidized bed drying machine. Wet based materials are fed into the dryer through a feeder, and a stirring blade with a conical bottom is installed at the bottom of the dryer to crush the materials. High temperature flue gas enters the dryer at high speed from the airflow distributor, rotates upward, and under the joint action of the stirring blade, the material is fluidized and dried. After screening by the classifier, materials with qualified humidity and particle size are led out from the dryer outlet and collected by the dust collector. Unqualified materials with high humidity and large particle size are rotated downwards to continue drying until they are qualified.
