The steam pipe rotary dryer is a large-scale indirect heating drying equipment. The drying cylinder is equipped with steam heating pipes, which run through the entire dryer and are arranged in 1-4 concentric circles. The heat required for drying wet materials is provided by the heating pipes. It is a heat conduction drying equipment with two types: open and closed. Sealed type is mainly suitable for flammable and explosive environments. When drying materials containing flammable and explosive gases, inert gas needs to be introduced as the carrier gas. When drying ordinary materials, hot air only needs to be introduced as the carrier gas to discharge the evaporated wet gas. There are two ways to introduce the carrier gas: counter current and co current, which can be selected according to the drying process requirements. Wet materials are added from the middle of the cylinder at the feeding end of the steam pipe rotary dryer, and there are two feeding methods: forced feeding and natural feeding; Dry materials are discharged from the middle of the cylinder at the discharge end of the steam pipe rotary dryer. There are two discharge methods: forced discharge and natural discharge. The specific choice of form depends on the characteristics of the dried material.
