Product Introduction
The single-cylinder dryer is one of the most common material drying equipment. The drying cylinder is arranged at a certain inclination angle to the horizontal plane and rotates during operation. During operation, wet material fed into one end of the rotating dryer is uniformly dispersed by the lifting plates inside the cylinder, forming a curtain of material. This material curtain comes into full contact with the co-current hot flue gas to complete heat exchange and achieve drying. Meanwhile, under the combined action of the inclined lifting plates and the hot airflow, the material moves in a controlled manner toward the discharge end of the dryer, where the finished product is unloaded.
