Product Introduction
The three-cylinder (or triple-pass) dryer is composed of three concentric cylindrical shells of different diameters nested together. Wet material is fed into the inner cylinder of the dryer. Through the rotation of the cylinder, the material is lifted by inclined lifting plates and moves longitudinally. When the material reaches the tail end of the inner cylinder, it falls into the middle cylinder under its own weight. Driven by the reverse lifting plates inside the middle cylinder, the material moves back towards the feed end to the front of the middle cylinder, and then falls into the outer cylinder under gravity. Under the action of the forward lifting plates in the outer cylinder, the material moves towards the tail end and is discharged from the end of the outer cylinder. During this reciprocating movement, the material comes into full contact with the co-current hot flue gas to complete heat exchange and achieve drying.
Advantages: Low operating costs (about 6% lower than competing products) and long service life (no less than 8 years).
