Product Introduction
The internal heating tube rotary dryer, also known as the material-gas separation dryer, is structurally divided into two parts: front-end external combustion drying and rear-end internal heating tube drying. After wet material is fed into the front end of the dryer, it moves towards the tail while being agitated (or "stir-fried") under the action of large-angle lifting and guiding plates at the front end. The front section of the cylinder is enclosed within the hot air furnace body, and the hot flue gas dries the material by heating the outer surface of the cylinder. When the material enters the rear section of the dryer, it encounters a large number of specially shaped pipes installed inside the cylinder. The flue gas is directed into these pipes through a specific device, effectively turning them into heated tubes. These internal heated tubes rotate along with the cylinder, acting like "lifting plates" to continuously agitate the material. This process ensures constant heat exchange between the hot flue gas and the material, while also pushing the material towards the tail end of the cylinder until it is discharged. The flue gas collects at the tail end of the cylinder, flows into a central return pipe, and exits from the head of the cylinder. The external combustion section operates at a high flue gas temperature, making it particularly suitable for removing surface moisture (free water) from the material. In contrast, the internal heating tube section features lower gas temperatures and a longer length, making it ideal for the "low-temperature slow roasting" process required to remove crystallization water (bound water) from the material.
